**Role At a Glance**:
This role is based out of our corporate office in Kitchener (with some travel to our Hamilton and Toronto offices) and is a full-time in office role. Our core office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm.

**What You Will Do**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including:

- Assessing staff performance and offering coaching, training, and support to help your team excel in their roles
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to find opportunities for improvement
- Providing quality control related to the formatting of documents, management of filing systems, and overall level of service
- Providing back-up support, when needed, for administrative functions including internal project assistance and reception management
- Managing schedules, workload, budget, and goals for the team

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all offices and the office/facilities team, including:

- Maintaining, replacing and/or expanding our offices, assets, and systems
- Securing and managing internal and external design teams, as well as contractors and vendors as required to facilitate our operations
- Planning and implementing office layouts and configurations, as well as seating plans
- Responding to facility emergencies, equipment alarms, and system failures
- Maintenance and repair tracking
- Keeping updated records of building, asset, and systems documents and drawings
- Liaising internally with staff and leadership, and externally with landlords, contractors, and vendors
- Preparing and managing capital and operating budgets
- Supporting internal committee functions
- Planning, leading and coordinating major company events, for internal employees and external community and client events

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a facility, administrative and/or office leadership role
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid G Class driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Post Secondary education in Business Administration is an asset
