**Human Resources & Development Coordinator**
**About the Role**:
This position is accountable for planning, coordinating and providing company wide training and development programs and activities. This is a highly visible and unique role, which combines Human Resource accountabilities with hands-on training of our industry specific software.
This role will be involved in all activities related to employee recruitment and selection, communication, performance management, OH&S and employee/labor relations.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Schedule regular training sessions with the sales team and our vendors
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training on best practices for our sales software
- Recruitment and retention of employees
- Assist in the development, implementation and support of various HR initiatives, including policy and procedure launches/revisions
- Compliance with all Federal and Provincial employment laws and regulations
- Staff empowerment and motivation; finding ways to have fun at work
- Building relationships with various stakeholders.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Three years experience in a Human Resources position.
- Training and Developed experience.
- Must be organized and efficient in managing workload with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confident with public speaking - you enjoy giving a great training session
- Ability to work well with mínimal supervision but comfortable with a high degree of collaboration with great communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
