Our portfolio of disruptive actuation and motion control solutions is generating significant demand in the marketplace. We are positioning the business to capture existing market share as well as create new market opportunities within the robotics and industrial automation industries.
As the **Sales Administrator**, you will play a critical function in providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will serve as a point of contact for customers and work with our internal teams to meet and exceed our quality standards. You will be responsible for accuracy and timeliness, and bring clear communications skills to every interaction. You will support our Sales team as we grow our business and meet our customers’ needs.
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:
- Process orders and quotes
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features Answering phone calls
- Assisting with lead management and tracking
- Supporting the sales team with other administrative tasks as needed
- Flexible work arrangement - on-site / work-from-home / hybrid
**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support agent
- Day-to-day user proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
**What Will Put You Ahead**:
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
