Dealership Administrative Assistant

We are a growing used car dealership committed to excellent customer service and efficient operations. We're currently seeking a reliable **Administrative Assistant** to support our team and help keep our dealership organized and running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain vehicle files (both physical and digital)
- Handle vehicle licensing and registration through Service Ontario
- Update costs and details for deals and inventory records
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Support the sales team by ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide general support to the staff and management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the automotive industry especially with vehicle registration (an asset, but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
**Benefits**:

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
