**Procurement and Logistic Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage the various activities related to material management and procurement.
- Negotiate agreements with suppliers.
- Working in conjunction with the production manager, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams, in order to ensure a healthy production cadence.
- Develop, implement and manage strategic initiatives to strengthen the entire supply chain in “lean” environment.
- Ensure efficient inventory management in the Montreal Campus warehouse.
- Manage the availability, inventory turnover rate and obsolescence.
- Provide stock reports and analysis on a timely manner and assist in the development of action plans for obsolete goods
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
- Manage business relationships with the suppliers and customers (internal and external).

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, operations management and/or logistics
- 5 to 8 eight years of experience in these fields
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, material and component flow and information management principles
- Business acumen
- Ability to manage a team of 4 to 6 members
- Experience in the field of electrical components (preferred)
- Strongly motivated by success and eager to work in a demanding environment
- Ability to develop proactive relationships with various business partners
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Bilingualism (English, French)
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Access; SAP is an asset.
