**What are your contributions to the team?**:
As a Material Logistics Agent within the Operations Challenger & Global Montreal Division and the Supply Chain's Urgent Parts Department, reporting to the Leader of Material Logistics, you are responsible for ensuring the rapid and efficient flow of critical materials by managing procurement, coordinating logistics, and supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.
- Manage the workload and related tasks to quickly prioritize actions and create the greatest added value for the company and internal and external customers.
- Manage the procurement of components and/or raw materials to meet purchasing requests from the SOS-SHOP supply chain. Direct logistics agents to an inter-site request (STO) if necessary.
- Request quotes from suppliers and select the one most likely to meet our requirements in terms of cost and deadlines. If necessary, collaborate with suppliers to find innovative solutions to reduce gaps between our requirements and the supplier procurement plan.
- Create purchase orders in the system and track orders with suppliers to ensure delivery of components within the deadlines agreed on the purchase order.
- Take action to correct technical issues (SNAG) or physical non-conformity (RNC) upon product receipt by providing missing or incorrect documentation (Certificate of Conformity, Shipping Record, reports and tests, etc.) or by responding to the non-conformity report.
- Participate in inventory management (Obsolescence / Inactivity).
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, process optimization and any complementary tasks.
- Master key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the proper management of supply chain logistics activities.

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:

- You hold a bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, or have equivalent training and experience.
- You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics or procurement roles.
- You have strong proficiency in both English and French.
- You have experience working in the aerospace industry.
- You have experience or knowledge of SAP, an asset.
- You have a strong sense of ethics and are customer oriented.
- You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
