**- Role and responsibilities**
The Procurement Project Manager (PPM)

As a PPM-M&A Integration, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager-M&A Integration on one or more integration(s) and work closely with our internal clients to:

- define and implement short-term actions as well as suggest long-term strategies to reduce costs vs. what the entity to be integrated previously assumed, and
- increase value for the organization, while ensuring perfect execution and risk mitigation.

In addition, you will actively participate in cross-functional business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives and communicate with project teams to clearly communicate procurement constraints, procurement risks and mitigation strategies.
You will also focus on finding solutions and developing tools and processes to ensure flawless execution.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze purchasing portfolios,
- Participate in the preparation of data migrations
- Prepare communications and/or participate in potential discussions with certain suppliers,
- Communicate and transfer certain actions relating to Purchasing contracts to the relevant Category and Vendor Manager (CVM)
- Provide regular internal reporting, including to the Manager-M&A Integration, the Integration Management Office (IMO) and within GSS structure if required
- Understand the procurement contracts in place and the appropriate legal mechanisms to support integration from a Procurement perspective
- Understand the needs and strategies of the company and act as a resource person between business sectors and the appropriate GSS teams.
- Identify short-, medium
- and long-term cost reduction opportunities
- Provide interesting insights on categories and sources of supply to the company in order to leverage global purchasing and category strategies.
- Participate in integration operational team meetings and meetings with internal stakeholders, and acts as GSS representative for all supplier concerns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, management, engineering, operations or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in negotiating supply contracts or equivalent experience required. Experience in the field of flight simulation or aeronautics, an asset. Sensitivity to intellectual property and/or IT licenses, an asset.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, S2P, an asset.
- Required proficiency in Microsoft suite products, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Desirable multilingualism; fluency in English and French required.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, act as a stakeholder manager and train and develop own networks.
- Proven ability to analyze and present results in a clear and consistent manner.
- Ability to deal with ambiguous and urgent situations
- Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple initiatives.
- Ability to develop processes or determine continuous improvements to help better coordinate activities.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $22.05-$65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Laurent, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 5 years (preferred)
- SAP Supply Chain Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Oracle: 5 years (preferred)
- French: 5 years (preferred)
