**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly driven, killer Sales Representative to join NOTH Technology Group’s dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for hunting down new business, building unshakable client relationships, and consistently smashing sales targets. **Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities across hospitality, real estate, healthcare and other legacy industries through networking, referrals and bold cold outreach
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to uncover pain points and deliver tailored, ROI-driven AI automation and voice agent solutions
- Execute compelling product presentations and live demos that close deals on the spot
- Negotiate contracts with confidence and expertly navigate the sales cycle to completion, ensuring clients are thrilled with their investment
- Partner with marketing to fuel lead generation campaigns, refine messaging and turbocharge brand awareness
- Keep meticulous records of pipeline activity and forecasts in our CRM for high-accuracy revenue tracking
- Stay lightning-fast on industry trends, market shifts and competitor moves to keep NOTH’s offerings one step ahead
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in sales or related field—hunter mentality and big-game instincts highly prized
- Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills; you know how to win hearts and wallets
- Unflappable under pressure with creative problem-solving chops to navigate complex deals
- Fiercely self-motivated, goal-obsessed and driven by the thrill of closing
- Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office to keep your pipeline razor-sharp

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $33,100.00-$175,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
