Oakville, Canada A1 Air Conditioning & Heating Full time

As an Inside Sales Specialist you are responsible for working with outside sales Specialists and other internal team members, with the common goal of serving existing customers, creating new customers, and meeting (or exceeding) monthly sales quotas while providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generates new and repeat sales & sales opportunities by outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiries
- Determines customer requirements and expectations and recommends specific accessory products and solutions, or schedules an in-home consultation
- Accurately processes customer information and transactions while following the sales opportunity booking process, or the estimate/sales process.
- Recommends customer sales and service options to increase customer satisfaction
- Contacts customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manages time effectively, meets personal goals and works effectively with other members of the distribution team.
- Set-up and maintains customer files in APTORA CRM as well as On-Call Air
- Builds trust, instills value in others, communicates effectively, drives execution, fosters innovation, focuses on the customer, collaborates with others, solves problems creatively and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
- Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values.
- Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree university or college, or equivalent two years of professional HVAC or sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Inside Sales Rep with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, cold calling, prospecting, and closing over the phone.
- Sales pipeline knowledge.
- CRM experience
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
