Due to the company’s growth, we are adding a Sales Support and Studio Coordinator who can provide support to our business development and sales team as well as general support to the wider Aura team. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative team with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction while living Aura’s values of Care, Humility, Creativity, Passion and Fun

**About You**

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of business development and sales activities
- Ability to conduct research based on basic instructions
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, formulate plans and stay organized
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Ability to deliver results with tight timelines and pay attention to the details
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong graphic design capabilities preferred (familiarity with InDesign, Canva, PPT)
- Hubspot experience preferred

Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in an admin/support role

Credentials
- High school degree

**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Support and Studio Coordinator primarily provides support to the Sales and Marketing team, with a secondary function of providing administrative support to the entire Aura team in a variety of daily operations including general office management, IT support and oversight.

Details below:

- Provide exceptional administrative support for the sales and marketing team
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify target markets thereby enabling productive BD activities
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, based on trigger events identified through monitoring current news and social media events, to provide recommendations to the team
- Assist with competitive research tracking growth indicators and shifts in our competitive landscape
- Monitor the website visitor online chat function and help develop FAQs
- Monitor marketing analytics (social, web and digital performance) and create monthly reports
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
- Coordinate the creation of sales presentations and proposals, gathering all relevant data for accurate input
- Support client relations team with CRM updates
- Support the creation and maintenance of project related files such as the project charter for all new clients and projects
- Act as an internal point of contact for IT issues and escalate issues to Aura’s external IT support as required, as well as coordinate IT hardware shipment
- Assist the Director of Administration with various administrative tasks including the maintenance of office supplies and refreshments/groceries for the office
- Organize weekly office lunches
- Post outgoing mail and arrange couriers as required
