Our Invoicing Supervisor will closely work with the invoicing clerks to ensure that invoices are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
**Shift Time**:Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm. (Must be flexible for training and scheduling purposes)
**What you will get to do**:
- Work with invoicing clerks to ensure that invoices are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be responsible for the preparation of all freight and shipping documents.
- Research billing issues to determine cause and develop resolution that meets both Maple Lodge Farms and customer requirements as best as possible.
- Prepare appropriate credit memoranda for incorrect billing items.
- Oversee daily reporting and prepare operational and statistical reports as requested.
- Ensure Invoicing team complies with all control objectives to meet times and scheduling deadlines.
- People Supervision: Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all assigned work activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
- Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates to ensure their continuous development and overall contribution to the achievement of Maple Lodge Farms business strategy.
**Your education & experience matters to us**:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in related field and food transportation experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry with minimum 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety & quality
- Problem identification and solving capabilities with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail (accuracy)
- MS Office advanced user skills, knowledge of excel
- Critical thinking, able to manage workflow and assign tasks to teams
- After hours cell phone and laptop mandatory and be flexible with shifts
- D365 Coaching, Implementation and training
- AX 2009 Experience preferred but not mandatory
