We are looking for a caring and empathetic Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide our clients rely on for their IT needs. Your patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience for our clients, making their interactions with us pleasant and reassuring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm and attentive customer service to small businesses and residential clients mostly in the office but may require you to go onsite from time to time.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Offer guidance and support to clients, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their technology.
- Learn from the technicians to gain IT knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with clients of varying technical abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A genuine desire to help others and make technology accessible.
- An interest in learning IT knowledge
