Job Title: Sales Representative at Luxury Cigar Shop

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, offering expert knowledge and advice on cigars
- Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
- Meet and exceed sales targets, and achieve revenue growth through effective selling techniques
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and its products, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide customers with the best possible experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the cigar industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for premium cigars and strong product knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 20 years of age or older

*Starting at $17/HOUR with paid training & opportunities to GROW
