GerrAudio Distribution is searching for a detail-oriented self starter to join our customer support team in Brockville, Ontario. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for day-to-day customer service and purchasing related tasks. You will work alongside a dynamic, energized team and will act as a critical liaison between the company’s supplier and customer contacts in the live entertainment and broadcast industries across Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize company’s ERP system with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide accurate quotations - verbal and formal
- Provide information regarding product variations and availability
- Process and confirm receipt of client purchase orders
- Submit purchase orders to fill customer orders and maintain regular inventory levels
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers, suppliers and internal team members through open and interactive communication

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and practices
- Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- Bilingual (french) is not required but is considered a valuable asset for this position

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
