JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Representative

Job summary: This position serves as a liaison between customers and warehouse staff. It has several functions including but not limited to:

- Receiving and processing customer orders or requests in both 3Plink/Excalibur and SAP;
- Receiving and tracking inventory in both 3Plink/Excalibur and SAP;
- Communicating via Outlook and by phone etc.;
- Completing reports, scanning and filing electronic documents;
- Assist in inventory cycle counts;
- Scheduling inbound deliveries.

Required KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Process and record all necessary transactions into WMS (Warehouse Management

System) and customer SAP system
- Maintain shipping, receiving documentation
- Assist customers and warehouse personnel with inventory reconciliation
- Set-up new products into WMS program
- Maintain filing and records system including scanning to PDF
- Create and maintain required SOP’s for each customer
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Work at reconciling any inventory discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Prepare shipping labels when required
- Other duties as required

Other:

- CSR must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- High level of problem solving and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Significant amount of memory skill involved
- Forklift License would be an asset
- Please note - Wills Transfer reserves the right to move personnel to other CSR roles within the Brockville operations.
- Hours of work are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday (some OT may be required on occasion)

Compensation: hourly rate is $19.75 to $20.50 depending on experience
