**WELLNESS EXTRACT - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

Wellness Extract is a family-owned small business based in Abbotsford, BC. We specialize in science-based healthcare supplements and our business is primarily on online marketplaces.
Our team is looking for a passionate team member who will fit in well with our team.Admin assistant will help provide exceptional service to existing and new clients and will be an integral part of the office.

**Location**:
Work from Office - Abbotsford
Office Address - 30508 Great Northern Ave, Unit No 102

**Shift timings**:
Full Time **| **7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Mon - Fri

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product knowledge.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by spending time on product material, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Work under Logistics supervisor and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Perform basic admin work of filing and re-stocking
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Since we are a health supplement company, the person should be willing to learn about our health products, and is able to deliver the information to the customers and others when need be.

**Education & Experience Requirements**:

- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Three to five years of industry sales experience
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems

**Supplemental pay types**:

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Salary**:$15.65 - $17

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
