**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assembling, labelling, and packaging policies and letters for mailing
- Making corrections to policy language when completed in error
- Moving completed policies and letters throughout the workspace and to a different work tower
- Report any packaging or supply issues or shortages to IT/manager
- Maintain communication with the department, management, IT and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of fulfillment

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Back up for the company receptionist
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes**:

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a dedication to quality
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete work within a set timeframe
- Organizational skills to manage multiple files at a time without errors
- Able to work independently
- Computer knowledge to complete electronic paperwork for mailing (Word, PDF conversion)
- Ability to work safely within an office unsupervised
- Ability to follow existing company policies and procedures
