About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internet Order Fulfillment Associate to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and ship Amazon and other online retailer orders while ensuring compliance with vendor requirements, safety standards, and performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, label, and ship Amazon and other e-commerce orders
  • Prepare shipments to meet vendor-specific compliance standards
  • Verify order accuracy and shipment details before dispatch
  • Coordinate shipments with small parcel and LTL carriers
  • Wrap, palletize, and stage orders for carrier pickup
  • Close orders in Epicor and generate Advance Ship Notices (ASNs)
  • Resolve order or shipment discrepancies in collaboration with team members
  • Monitor and request fulfillment supplies (boxes, labels, tape, etc.)
  • Support continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Assist with non-ecommerce shipping when needed
  • Complete other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Required

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and warehouse staff
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier items with assistance

Preferred

  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience
  • Experience shipping Amazon or other major online retailer orders
  • Familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems (Epicor is an asset)

  • Annual salary of $48,000–$50,000, based on experience
