**Duties**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Present product offerings to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a dealership setting is a must
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Proficiency in One Eighty DMS
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Responsabilités**
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Identifier les clients potentiels par le biais d'études de marché et de réseautage.
- Mener des campagnes de télémarketing afin de générer des pistes et planifier des rendez-vous.
- Utiliser Salesforce pour gérer les relations clients et suivre les activités commerciales.
- Présenter les produits aux clients en mettant en valeur les caractéristiques et avantages selon leurs besoins.
- Négocier les contrats et conclure des ventes tout en assurant la satisfaction du client.
- Offrir un soutien continu aux clients, répondre à leurs questions et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.
**Qualifications**
- Expérience confirmée en concession automobile obligatoire.
- Bonne compréhension des dynamiques du marché et des besoins des clients dans le secteur.
- Maîtrise de Salesforce ou d’un logiciel CRM similaire (un atout).
- Maîtrise du système DMS One Eighty.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Capacité à négocier efficacement et à établir un bon contact avec les clients.
- Forte orientation service client avec un souci constant de satisfaction.
- Autonomie, esprit de performance, capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ainsi qu’en équipe.
