We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a full-time Client Care Coordinator.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and managing the details that create a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll engage directly with clients, understand their needs, manage bookings efficiently, and communicate effectively through every interaction.

Your responsibilities as a Client Care Coordinator will include:

- Serving as the ambassador for North Medical Spa in all interactions with staff and guests, embodying the highest level of service and care.
- Creating and delivering elevated client experiences.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to customize our services.
- Meticulously managing bookings and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
- Being well-versed in all services and retail products to provide knowledgeable and comprehensive care.

This role is full-time, and includes evening and weekend shifts.
This role is based out of our Oakville location.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour + commission

**Benefits**: Health & Dental for full-time employees, enrolment in the Employee Appreciation Program,
**Schedule**: 8 hour shift, includes evenings and weekends
**Experience**: Customer service: 3 years (required) (note that this does not require previous medical office/reception experience)
