**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals, with a focus on growth and engagement.
- Create engaging, high-quality content that provides value across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) tailored to our target audiences in the aviation space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, allied resources and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve the effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media and digital marketing tools.
- Lead community management efforts, including responding to comments, messages and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Capture the excitement of private aviation through photography, video and print.
- Travel to various FBOs, locations and social events.
- Website management

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- A proven track record of success in social media management and digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, SEO and web traffic analytics.
- Proficient with social media tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- An outgoing personality with the ability to direct and lead.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Pipedrive preferred.
- Experience with different mediums including photography, video and content.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
