The Administrative Accounting Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, client service, and internal workflow. This position blends administrative responsibilities with foundational accounting tasks, offering the opportunity to grow skills in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and accepted accounting principles while contributing to efficient office and client file management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounting & Bookkeeping Support**
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Overseen by the payroll manager.
- Develop working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

**CRA & Compliance Assistance**
- Support the preparation, organization, and submission of CRA-related documents.
- Assist with completing CRA forms and responding to client document requests.
- Maintain and update client minute books and corporate records.

**Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with document management and maintaining organized client records.
- Support Accountant and other team members with administrative, accounting, and client-related tasks as needed.

**Client Service**
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding document requests, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial and personal information.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
