**Job Type**:
Administrator/Stores Clerk, Full-time position: 40 hours/week
- Responsible for the receiving and shipping
- Ensure that all receiving, and shipping records comply with the company Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM).
- Picking up and or drop off of materials as needed
- Inventory counting and handling
- Scanning documents for quality & tech records
- Billing of freight charges in the system
- Expedite purchases as needed
- Work with Stores at other bases for shelf life/scrap reports/tooling calibrations
- Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or training in a field related to the position (aerospace industry).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively, in addition, must be able to meet physical demands of an environment where you will be walking, climbing, and bending repetitively.
- Dangerous goods certified/trained is an asset.
- Inventory management accredited program is an asset.
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack is an asset.
- Comfortability working with hand tools is an asset.
- Previous warehouse and inventory experience is an asset
- An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet regular deadlines and effective time management is required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
