**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day freight operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities within the freight sector.
- Utilize **GoFreight** system for data entry, shipment tracking, and documentation accuracy.
- Maintain regular communication with the U.S. operations team to align processes, share updates, and address cross-border operational matters.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on operational best practices, customer service, and system usage.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in freight supervision, logistics coordination, or a related role, with an understanding of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations.
- Familiarity with sales support or inside sales in the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in **GoFreight or other similar system (Cargowise)**, customer relationship management tools, and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and U.S.based colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Pay: $66,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
