**Job Overview**
**Tasks**
- Organize appointments booking/scheduling using recall system to facilitate the efficient running of the dental office
- Maintains patient relations before and after treatment.
- Ensuring up to date financial breakdown for the treatment is available for patients scheduled on the day
- Optimizes appointment to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow and continuous patient engagement.
- Thorough in using the CDANet in able to process both electronic and manual insurance claim submissions as applicable
- Following up with insurance plan providers and patients on aging outstanding payments
- Be able to run a multi-line phone system
- Contact List Management
- Account Receivables Management
- Maintaining financial records, incoming mail, invoices, packing slips and statements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing electronically and scanning documents
- Prepares/submits timely reports related to the Dental Office as per requirement.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Willing to learn new technologies and skills.
- Flexibility to work for additional hours if needed
**Skills**
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and administrative tasks
- Should be proficient in using ClearDent
- Should be a thorough user of Recall Software System
- Dental Insurance and code knowledge
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Should be organized and detail oriented
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Office 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Strong front desk and customer service skills
- 5 to 7 years experience as a Dental Receptionist in a Dental Office is Mandatory.
- At least 3+ years experience in dental administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
