**Marketing Specialist**

**Salary: $60,000/year - $80,000/year** based on experience

**Summary**:We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to work out of our main office in Balzac. The Marketing Specialist works with the Business Development team to promote Thermal Systems products, services, and solutions, and to ensure that market intelligence and approach are optimal when addressing new opportunities resulting in new business.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Creatively designing fliers, pamphlets, brochures, slide decs, and sales materials.
- Coordinate and Representing Thermal Systems at events.
- Maintaining the product data and sales file libraries.
- Establishing interaction guidelines such as scope of service, requirements, examples, and providers.
- Managing the bid/no-bid process.
- Coordinating with operations to improve bidding opportunities.
- Setting up and monitoring a touch point system for relationship management.
- Assisting with technical design and product specification.
- Meeting with architects, engineers, and general contractors as directed.
- Maintaining department policy and procedures documentation.
- Monitoring and managing company social media accounts.
- Photographing company projects and events to incorporate into company promotional material.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles.
- Experience in the construction or industrial industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of control system software.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu.
- Ability to achieve a clear result on a alcohol and drugs test, and a background check.
- A construction, architectural, or civil engineering degree from a recognized Canadian institution.
