About Us:
We are a leading dental practice in Victoria, BC, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and outstanding patient service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Client Concierge and a Personal Assistant to the owner.

**Job Description**:
This hybrid role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Client Concierge Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the dental team to optimize appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist with patient billing and insurance processing.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Facilitate a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the owner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as required, ensuring the owner’s personal and professional life run smoothly.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a dental or medical office setting.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software.
- High level of professionalism and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent client service.
