The Client Concierge position is a hybrid role of concierge customer service alongside business administration qualifications. The individual who is likely to find the most success in this position would embody a high level of interpersonal skills, a kind and social nature, and an understanding of the business foundations that accompany this role.

Experience in a customer service position or a strong ability to display the interpersonal, communication, organization and professional skills are valued criteria for the Client Concierge position.

In this role you will be,
- The point contact for client communication
- Maintaining and creating provider schedules
- A source of knowledge and information for client inquiries
- Collecting payment and ensuring accuracy of accounts
- Understanding and managing insurance plans
- Accommodating and available to ensure exceptional client experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
