Royal Bay Dental Co. is growing and seeking to fill it's next Client Concierge position to create a world class team and experience at our state of the art dental practice.

The Client Concierge position is a hybrid role of concierge customer service alongside business administration qualifications. The individual who is likely to find the most success in this position would embody a high level of interpersonal skills, a kind and social nature, and an understanding of the business foundations that accompany this role. For your best success in this role we are only considering applicants at this time who have previous dental experience and familiarity with billing, dental insurance and dental coding and terminology. A strong foundation in accounts management would be an asset for this position as well.

Experience in a customer service position or a strong ability to display the interpersonal, communication, organization and professional skills are valued criteria for the Client Concierge position.

In this role you will be,
- The point contact for client communication
- Maintaining and creating provider schedules
- A source of knowledge and information for client inquiries
- Collecting payment and ensuring accuracy of accounts
- Understanding and managing insurance plans
- Accommodating and available to ensure exceptional client experiences

**Salary**: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
