BACKGROUND:
DMC Apartments is a friendly, customer-focused company. We are an established business with long-term experience in managing apartment buildings.

Job brief

We are looking for a responsible on-site person (or a couple) to manage this multi-family building. This position will ensure the highest standards of care can be maintained at all time.

Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of residents and perform tasks to ensure things runs smoothly.

You are the first point of contact for current and prospective residents alike, and take care of the daily tasks that come along with managing a building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Jack (or Jill) of all trades
- Property upkeep - cleaning, outdoor maintenance - snow clearing, mowing, gardening, etc
- Facilitate internal communication between Residents and Management
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Make reports to Head Office
- Complete all required paperwork and perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Building management and caretaker experience is preferred, but not required
- Computer literacy
- Demonstrated proficiency in written/oral communication in the English language
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Clear Criminal Record Check required
