Residence Manager

Job Summary

We are a leading real estate investment and professional property management company focused on acquiring and managing properties in Winnipeg and Toronto. Our portfolio includes a wide range of managed assets, primarily residential apartment buildings, but also commercial properties. We are seeking dedicated and responsible Resident Managers to provide a great tenant experience and maintain a desirable, clean, and safe living space.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Administration: showing of units, inspection reports, tenant communication
  • Cleaning: ensure common areas are respectably clean throughout the week
  • Maintenance: support office and trades for repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Groundskeeping: ensure walkways are clear of debris, snow, and ice for safe passage and grounds are respectably clean throughout the week

Preferred Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma
  • MUST HAVE 3-5 years' experience as a Resident Manager preferred
  • Must be able to complete physical activities such as cleaning, simple repairs, and seasonal landscaping and snow clearing
