**Resident Manager (Live-In Position)**

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent
**Schedule**: On-Call
**Compensation**: Base compensation with additional commission pay (Leasing bonuses)
**Location**: On-site residency required

We are seeking a responsible and organized **Resident Manager** for a smaller building within our property portfolio. This is a live-in position, ideally suited for a reliable individual, couple, or two-person team with excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver notices and other official communications to tenants as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the building and surrounding property
- Report maintenance issues and other concerns to the Property Manager
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including completion of condition reports
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
- Work effectively with contractors, tradespeople, and service providers
- **Clean and maintain common areas of the building, including hallways, laundry rooms, and outdoor grounds**:

- Perform seasonal maintenance such as **snow removal, basic lawn care, and minor repairs**:

- Conduct minor building upkeep, including changing light bulbs and other small repairs
- Serve as the liaison between tenants and property management
- Use a smartphone/computer for communication, documentation, and photo sharing

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in property management or maintenance is an asset
- A Police Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check will be required prior to final hiring

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20,000.00-$25,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
