Accountabilities:

- Arranging patient transport
- Booking diagnostic imaging procedures
- Documenting inpatient order entries for service coordinator
- Printing and distribution of diagnostic imaging booking schedules
- Image management
- Registration
- Explain exams and preps to patients
- Telephone, reception, filing
- General film library duties and other clerical duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of registration of patients required
- Knowledge of the image management (film library)
- Knowledge of MSM bookings required
- Medical terminology required
- Working knowledge of patient transportation system
- Knowledge of RIS an asset
- Reception experience required
- Typing skills of 40-45 words per minutes required
- Knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures an asset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and telephone skills required
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
- Demonstrated Osler values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
- Required to travel between and work at all hospital sites

**Additional Information**
Two (2) positions to fill

**Salary**:
Minimum: $24.32 per hour
Maximum: $26.34 per hour
