**Your role**

HR Tasks
- Support managers and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities for the location (e.g., posting positions, printing resumes, processing background checks, printing interview guides, creating offer letters)
- Support new associate onboarding by helping planning the onboarding session
- Support payroll administrative work including processing termination, creating employee change letters, collaborating with Associate Care Center (ACC) for all documentation, and managing relevant hire, time off, or termination forms
- Assist in assigning, monitoring, tracking, and scheduling of training and maintenance of appropriate licenses for compliance training (e.g. First Aid, power equipment, etc.), as well as in external and internal training (e.g. Health and Safety, SMART, product knowledge, vendor training)
- Input training hours in Kronos and help associates with logistics of their travel arrangements for training when required (flights, hotel, car, etc.)
- Receive and post material sent by the HR department and organize logistics for activities related, if applicable (National Hiring Day, Employee Opinion Survey, SMART, etc.)
- Support managers with associate questions about store standards and their specific conditions

Operations Tasks
- Assist leaders with maintaining various schedules and attendance requirements for the site to include schedule availability and reporting for associates, predictive scheduling, managing scheduling requests, associate availability reports, tracking shift patterns, rest breaks, and data entry, including the entering of associates availabilities into Kronos.
- Support a variety of site administrative work to include planning and supporting local community events
- As directed, support the leadership team of the distribution centre by generating, distributing, and maintaining business-related reporting Assist leadership with clerical, administrative, and transactional activities as directed

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- College studies in Administration or in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel records and employment compliance data
- At least 1 year of experience in retail
- At least 1 year of experience working within a team
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, including data processing, scheduling, monitoring, and tracking information, as well as using office software
