Together we are more than 5,000 dedicated faculty, librarians and staff supporting the University of Victoria’s diverse academic programs, world-class research and commitment to civic engagement. **The salary range for this position is**: - **Recruitment range: $65,860- $72,607** starting salary determined by the PEA Collective Agreement. - **Performance range: starting salary to max of $85,633** is available through annual performance increases. - Job SummaryReporting to the Director, Program and Partnership Development (PPD) the administrative coordinator (coordinator) is responsible for project coordination, management of assigned new program and/or partnership development projects including scheduling and tracking of deliverables, market research, budget development, invoicing, account reconciliation, contract preparation and approvals, administrative set-up and management, and website set-up. As the administrative lead for PPD, this position works closely and collaboratively with the director and the PPD team, as well as all other DCS program staff to develop DCS-wide administrative templates, processes, and practices to ensure continuity of practice and service through all program units. - Job RequirementsAn undergraduate degree, plus 1-2 years of recent experience in a university-setting.
