**Position: Coordinator**

**Job Overview**:
Reporting to Applications and Process Manager (APM), the Program Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the product kits that are produced by the Central Kitchen. The role will be instrumental in ensuring that the production costs of all new and existing kits, as well as the transfer costs to stores, are up to date and accurate. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with the Central Kitchen Operations Team, Inventory Team, Quality Assurance Team as well as the Innovation Team to ensure product ingredients, nutritional information, packaging, labour and overhead costs are accurately reflected in product kits. The Program Coordinator will ensure accurate and up-to-date label information and format.

**Accountabilities**:
**Administration/Data Management**:

- Prioritize and balance workload to achieve operational goals
- Ensure day to day ingredient, recipe, or contract changes are accounted for and updated in the appropriate documents and systems for any new recipes & daily maintenance of existing recipes
- Work in collaboration with Production team to validate and update ingredient yields and product labour standards and document any variances to paperwork
- Coordinate with Inventory, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Production teams to collect relevant information and/or approvals
- Maintain data accuracy in menu management system, ChefTec, through modifying and managing approvals of all recipes and production steps
- Maintains the accuracy and updates to Central Kitchen Commercial Contracts.
- This individual ensures all new ingredients are added into GOLD and are loaded into ChefTec with proper conversions all timely and accurate in conjunction with Purchaser & the Applications and Process Manager.
- Conduct regular audits on MDM kits to ensure ingredients are up to date and accurate. Identify kits which require correction or discussion.
- Own the coordination and inputs as well as updates for cost cards, including seasonal ingredients, yields and labour has been factored into KITs prior to team review of costing. Need to be the owner of the process from start to finish
- Maintain 100% accurate cost, retail and product information.

**Labels**:

- Responsible for overall department Label Change Management on day-to-day operations.
- Support Artwork Manager in the development and printing of new and existing product labels
- Ensure label modifications are tracked and labels are digitally stored for future use. As well any price changes needed within our printers.
- Ensure approvals are completed from Quality Assurance and labels scan correctly, while validating all UPC’s
- Label template Creation - Excluding Nutritional Information
- Label troubleshooting, Central Kitchen Printer Maintenance.
- Acts as the technical Liaison for printer troubleshooting (Epson, Digi, Bizerba) with IT department
- Trigger Orders to the Purchaser for Printer Ink Cartridge & Ribbon
- Label Approval Coordination
- Label Subject Matter Expert - Maintain all info related to Labels (dimensions, tack, gloss etc.)
- Track all Label Inventory in conjunction with Inventory team and come up with opportunities for using stock no longer in use.
- Maintain 100% accurate information on all Labels in accordance to design by artwork manager

**Production Administration**:

- Support development of production SOPs and suggest methods to optimize production and ensure the highest product quality
- Support the training for and implementation of new processes and enhanced production methods
- Work through planning tools with the Production Manager in order to prepare production documents including production plans
- Work with Management on all holiday planning and production schedule updates
- Provide regular updates during department meetings, reporting on select Key Performance Indicators.
- Work in conjunction with Purchaser to ensure billing is complete with communication to all necessary stake hold
