Our office in Hamilton, ON, is looking for a Site Administrator to support its project site in Niagara Falls, ON.

**Summary of the Role**:
Responsible for coordinating administrative site services such as purchasing, health and safety, tool crib requirements as well as supporting the new employee onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer site operating practices such as record keeping systems, document control, office layout and payroll administration using applicable systems, as well as new employee onboarding and safety training coordination.
- Ensure that time sensitive items such as payroll are accurately completed and submitted to head office for processing.
- Coordinate collection and preparation of project related records and reports.
- Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties using multiple systems in with procedures.
- Perform photocopying duties of important documentation and files appropriately.
- Organize and post data into record books.
- Record and file service and change orders.
- Provide and receive information to and from customers, suppliers, and Project Managers.
- Prepare site supply inventory and coordinate site supplies for purchase.
- Operate office equipment and machinery such as computer, fax, and photocopy equipment.
- Open and re-routes incoming mail, answers correspondence and prepares outgoing mail.
- Greet construction site visitors and provide support as necessary.
- Exercises sound judgment and assume responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on staffing, costs/and/or quality of service.
- Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities are carried out in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policies, procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
- Perform such other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required to maintain an effective functioning site.
- Other administrative duties as requires such as assisting with safety indoctrination, onboarding etc.

**Key Requirements, Experience and Skills**:

- Completion of College level Diploma in Business Administration
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous Administrative experience within a construction-site environment is preferred.
- Three (3) years' experience working in an administrative capacity in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
