**Job Summary**:
The
- Super Site Administrator - eHomecare,_ provides mobile and portable device technology support to all front line DRNs, and HCTs/ PSWs within the eHomecare Program.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acts as the resource for the site(s) with hand held devices, tablets and laptop computers
- Maintains inventory of hand held and portable devices
- Responds to general inquiries from staff about the devices
- Reviews and ensures that relevant staff sign the ‘Handheld Device Agreements’
- Determines the need for and support the repair or replacement in the event of damage to devices
- Maintains records on device inventory and provide reports to site as required
- Develops and updates training materials and manuals for local sites aligned to new initiatives
- Performs administrative duties to support operations including but not limited to completing and submitting administrative forms / IT Service Desk Tickets
- Processes related invoices, allocating to appropriate cost centers, and follow-up as required to ensure accuracy.
- Acts as primary liaison for IT/IS within the office.
- Supports the onboarding of new employees arranging all necessary logistics, and technology.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

**External and Internal Relationships**:

- Interacts with health authorities (LHINs), Software Vendors and partner agencies.
- Maintaining relationships and provides supporting documents and metrics to funders and stakeholders as required.

**Education, Designations and Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- 1-2 years relevant technology support experience for smart-phones, tablets and/or computers in fast-paced office or help desk setting including experience working in a health care environment.
- Demonstrated experience and success in managing small projects.
- Demonstrated experience writing reports, correspondences and other communication pieces.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize adult learning principles in providing education/training sessions with small group and one to one sessions

**Skill Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office Suite programs as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain a consistent professional manner with both internal staff and external stakeholders and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member to achieve desired results.
- Strong work ethic, reliable and self-directed.
- Able and willing to embrace change and effectively manage stresses of a busy office environment.
- Ability to speak French is an asset in French Designated areas.

**Other Requirements**:

- Regular travel to sites across the region to support staff as required.
- The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
