Imagily Studios — Montreal’s only Acton Academy — is hiring an experienced educational professional ready to lead at the frontier of learning innovation.

**This Is Not a Traditional Teaching Role**
This is a leadership position in a learner-driven, next-generation learning environment. We are looking for a seasoned educator, coach, or learning leader who is ready to move beyond conventional schooling and help build the future of education.

At Imagily Studios, you will not deliver lectures or manage classrooms through control. You will design environments, facilitate deep thinking, and develop independent young humans. You will play a key role in both learning culture and studio operations.

**Your Role**:
Hybrid leadership role combining:

- Learner-facing guidance
- Studio operations
- Team leadership & mentorship
- Educational innovation

**You will**:

- Facilitate Socratic discussions that develop critical thinking
- Design and maintain systems that foster independence and accountability
- Coach learners in goal-setting, project execution, and reflection
- Hold high standards while allowing productive struggle
- Build a culture of responsibility, curiosity, and excellence
- Ensure learning systems, schedules, and studio processes run smoothly
- Maintain prepared environments, materials, and learning resources
- Coordinate exhibitions, events, and parent communications
- Support enrollment experiences and family relationships
- Mentor and onboard new Guides
- Provide coaching, feedback, and modeling of the Guide role
- Support professional development and training
- Uphold studio standards and learning design integrity
- Collaborate with ownership on team performance and studio growth
- This role requires emotional maturity, intellectual humility, strong organizational capacity, and a confident leadership presence with both children and adults._

- Significant experience in education, coaching, leadership, or team management
- Confidence guiding both learners and adults
- Skill in asking powerful questions rather than giving answers
- Strong organizational and operational abilities
- Comfort with innovation, ambiguity, and responsibility
- Excellent communication with families and colleagues
- A commitment to continuous personal and professional growth

**Assets**: Montessori, project-based learning, leadership roles in schools or organizations, entrepreneurship, psychology, or training experience.

**Position de leadership combinant pédagogie, gestion de studio et encadrement d’équipe.**

Langue : Français courant requis (bilinguisme )

Lundi-vendredi, 8h00-16h00

**Ce n’est pas un poste d’enseignant traditionnel**

Il s’agit d’un poste de leadership senior dans un environnement d’apprentissage auto-dirigé. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la culture d’apprentissage et dans le fonctionnement du studio.

Vous ne ferez pas de cours magistraux. Vous concevez des environnements d’apprentissage, mettez en place des systèmes, et développez à la fois les jeunes et les autres Guides.
