Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette is maintained
- Provide team management and support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Oversee medical office management tasks, such as maintaining patient records and handling insurance claims
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
