This is a permanent, full-time position within the Business Administration sector, perfectly suited for someone who thrives in a small, intimate office environment and takes pride in being the "go-to" person for operational support.As an Office Administrator, you will be the face and voice of the office, managing the front desk while handling critical financial tasks. A significant portion of your day will be spent utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, creating orders, and performing general duties. Because our Oshawa client operates with a lean team of four, your role is pivotal.
