Our company is currently seeking a full time **Financial Controller **at our **Woodstock, ON **location (on-site).

Position Summary:
**The Controller is reporting to the CFO of the company and is responsible for the financial day-to-day operations reporting of the Company including Reporting, Financial Systems, General Accounting, Payroll, and ERP.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the financial and accounting staff in line with Business objectives
- Manage purchases/payable full cycle
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the financial information provided to internal and external customers, investors, and authorities
- Review and analyze aged A/R and A/P within a challenging manufacturing environment
- Oversee month-end close and account reconciliations
- Forecast weekly cashflow
- Assist in the preparation for year end
- Assist and monitor the Company’s annual budget process and ensure compliance from the various departments
- Ensure that the Company is in compliance with the various Canadian and American government authorities
- Prepare and review weekly/monthly reporting
- Monitor and minimize the various financial risks (i.e. credit risks, currency risks)
- Lead with creating company pricing structure

**Requirements**:

- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Completed University Degree or College Diploma with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management and a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP software is a must
- Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience working with budgets, forecasts, project pricing, models
- Ability to demonstrate great leadership
- Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders
- Background in manufacturing not required, but would be an asset
- Ability to implement tactical elements required to achieve the business goals
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products

**Salary**: commensurable with experience

Schedule:
