Innocore, a leading manufacturer of disinfectant wipes for the away-from-home market has an immediate need for a Financial Controller. This role will report directly to the President and will collaborate with senior leadership with an appreciation for teamwork, a love for multitasking, a high sense of urgency, and strong career goals. With continued growth, we are looking for a leader that can be promoted to CFO.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Oversee various accounting operations
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Month-end and year-end close process
- Manage financial transactions and reporting
- Create and manage budgeting and forecasting
- Produce financial statements as requested
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Manage and comply with federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Working with our accounting firm
- Work with financial institutions
- Work with insurance providers
- Review and mitigate risk analysis
- Develop KPI’s
- Understand US Tax laws

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- CPA, CGA or CMA designation Required
- 10+ years of Accounting experience
- 3+ years experience in Controller role in a manufacturing environment
- Previous ERP implementation a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Month-end, and Year-end Procedures
- Working knowledge of Dayforce Ceridian
