**BC Communications Inc. - Inside Sales, Reception, Marketing**

Inside Sales and Administrative Assistant Position at Busy North Vancouver Motorola Solutions Channel Partner.

Location: North Vancouver (in person)Hours: 8:30-4:40 M-F

The role includes the following responsibilities.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handling inbound sales and service inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
- Conducting proactive prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, including confidential information.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Updating and maintaining customer databases or CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
- Following up with prospects and customers to ensure timely completion of sales processes.
- Providing support to the sales Manager by preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Participating in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including sales guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience using MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer focused mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Willingness to work in a team environment, and able to communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues.
- Problem solving and solution focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn new things.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
