Our Account Management team is currently looking for an Account Coordinator and this position reports to the Account Management Team Lead.

If you are customer focused and display strong attention to detail and autonomy, we want to hear from you

Your day-to-day

**Assist Account Managers with daily tasks including**:
Order processing
Tracking orders
Content Requests

**Work with clients on**:
Outbound connectivity calls
Working with smaller accounts
Your qualifications
Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
Organization with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
Solution oriented
Nice-to-have
Customer Service Experience
