The Account Coordinator will support the team in executing multichannel communication programs in the pharmaceutical industry. The position plays a key role in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders from initial discovery to project completion. Day-to-day work will be accomplished via interactions between clients, vendors, production, and management to fulfill client mandates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries for ongoing projects
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide status updates
- Addressing client questions, providing insights and solving issues
- Coordinating activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting Account Teams in building presentations and quotes

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communications skills are critical, written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective internal and external direction as required
- A solid understanding of multichannel marketing requirements and familiarity with managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to help clients who may experience issuesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capable of preparing and analyzing campaign updates, and providing direction on possible optimization
- Experienced with all major programs of Office 365, particularly PowerPoint

**Experience**:
Pharmaceutical experience is not crucial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Marketing Agency: 1 year (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical Sales or Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Account management: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
