**What you will do**

To support the sales team in the closing of opportunities and supporting business operational needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring the support of the local HVAC sales team, processing POs into the system in a timely manner, answering incoming customer calls, and maintaining bid requests. Working closely with local sales coordinators, you will support daily branch activities and meetings as well as customer events.

The successful applicant must be Tenacious with a “self-starter” attitude and must be persistent, and resolute in focusing on maintaining the highest standard of workmanship. The successful applicants’ ability to communicate freely and foster relationships with both the sales team and customers will be an asset.

**How you will do it**
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Assist the sales team with their pipeline cadence, knowledge of Salesforce an asset - updating opportunities, setting up accounts, reassigning as needed to ensure accurate forecast reporting through the 120 day outlook.
- Bookings - putting through purchase order in Interactive Business System (IBS). Setting up customers and owner accounts, vendor creation as required.
- Adding bid postings/schedules in outlook calendar for all active bids. This serves as our centralized repository for our bid schedules.
- Liase between Sales and Operations for a smooth turnover of projects.
- Setting up Lunch & Learns - liaise with presenters and coordinate dates and registration of attendance. Order catering for attendees/participants.
- Sales line communication contact, answering incoming calls and responding to customer when sales team is unavailable.
- eGPR payment support.
- Branch Mail and supply ordering support.
- Assisting with team building events and branch events/meetings, branch communications, notices and announcements.
- Customer Giveaway ordering and processing.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of product events.

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with research and maintaining databases.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in using CRM.
- Learning Agility
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
