**Overview**
As a Show Home Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients while maintaining effective communication and organization.

On the leasing side, you will also show our rental properties in Edmonton and Leduc from time to time.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling calls, providing information, and assisting clients.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, fostering trust and satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
- Assist in property management tasks, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing property upkeep.
- Support administrative functions such as filing documents, managing calendars, and preparing reports as needed.
- Negotiate with vendors or service providers to secure favorable terms for services rendered.
- Engage in supporting sales activities as required, promoting services to potential clients while maintaining existing relationships..

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
- Experience in property management or administrative roles is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or service providers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
