**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Leasing**
- Educate prospects and families on retirement living options.
- Conduct tours, lease negotiations, and suite upgrades.
- Achieve occupancy and vacancy targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track leasing activity.
- Coordinate and support cross-marketing efforts across Christenson Communities.
- Represent the organization at community events, trade shows, and in-person networking.
- Maintain show suites and marketing materials in a professional, presentable state.

**Resident Support & Administration**
- Support move-in/move-out coordination, including walkthroughs, documentation, suite readiness, and welcome packages.
- Serve as a front-line contact for resident questions and concerns, resolving issues collaboratively with site leadership.
- Assist with maintaining up-to-date resident records and forms, including emergency info and medical contacts.
- Support in organizing events, reservations (e.g., pub, games room), and community engagement activities.

**Housekeeping & Operational Support**
- Assist with scheduling, timesheet tracking, and coordination of housekeeping staff.
- Participate in administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and record-keeping.
- Ensure site cleanliness, signage presentation, and customer-first service standards.

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, or hospitality.
- Business Administration diploma/degree or related education preferred.
- Previous experience in seniors living, health care, or property management is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
