Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure as an Area Service Supervisor with our sustainable technology company? Your day starts with a burst of energy as you focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs while leading a dynamic cluster of sales and service engineers. As a customer service manager, you're responsible for assigning clients to a segment and creating a personalized customer account plan. With your finger on the pulse of market trends within your cluster, you continually seek out opportunities for customer and market development. Your commitment to managing relationships with a focus on delivering unparalleled service experiences is key to your success in this ASM role. Generating sales leads for our sustainable technology company and initiating the quotation process for spare/wear parts and services is your bread and butter. When you hit the road in this ASM position, you travel to customer sites for 60-80% of your time. During these visits, you are building lasting relationships and delivering solutions. As an all-star customer service manager, you guide and plan with your customer service team while serving as the interface to the back office. Midterm planning/budgeting and cost control for the cluster are in your capable hands as you develop strategies that ensure success.
